During the latter part of our camper van trip to the Lake District - Marple and I stayed in a campsite on the edge of Lake Coniston. It was the perfect location for early morning runs and we spent a lovely afternoon just relaxing by the water ( Marple ) and drawing ( me)

My name is Sam,  I'm a printmaker working from my studio in rural Northamptonshire. I moved back to the countryside after living in London for 22 years and I now enjoying the fresh air, open skies and wildlife of my life in the country. Miss Marple my ever faithful mini dachshund loves it too! 

When I'm not making work/ running workshops / coaching from my studio then I'm travelling around the UK and Europe with my sketchbook.
